The Declaration of Causes of Seceding States

Georgia Succession Declaration

The people of Georgia, having renounced their political ties to the United States of
America, have explained the reasons for their decision to do so. A majority of the
confederates in the North have agreed to give over power to those responsible for all the
wrongdoings and injuries that have taken place in the country, following a thorough
investigation of all the facts. The people of Georgia have decided that they will not be ruled
by anybody else after a thorough and fair hearing. With complete recognition of the African
race's subjection and political and social inequalities, slavery might be expected to fade away
from the original thirteen slave-holding states. Because of the widespread resistance to
slavery at the time and even today in certain states, those states' constitutions reflect it.

Congress approved both petitions and established an absolute monopoly on this
industry for their respective interests. In the early stages of this battle, the industrial interests
lobbied hard for government subsidies and special advantages. This was mostly restricted to
non-slave-holding Eastern and Middle European countries. The citizens had a right under the
Constitution since Congress could not deny it to any party. From the outset, the government's
actions strengthened the rights. The slave trade was outlawed north of the Ohio River in the
region that now bears its name by what is known as the "ordinance of 1787".

Prosperity and peace, growth and stability, law and order characterized each stage of
the evolution of these new communities until they joined the Sisterhood of American States
as large and successful commonwealths under this equally fair and beneficent policy 1820
was an attempt to reverse this smart and effective approach. The North requested that the
State of Missouri first outlaw slavery inside its borders by its constitution before being
admitted into the United States of America. Even when it comes to activities that may benefit

them personally or their sphere of influence inside the Union, the state's enemies' lack of
loyalty doesn't stop at that. They're happy as long as they can harm us. Criminal suspects who
escape to another state are required by law to turn themselves in at the request of the state's
executive authority to be brought to justice where they committed the crime. The declaration
concludes by mentioning that every state must protect the peace and security of its neighbors.
Constitutionally, Congress is given the power to penalize anybody who violates international
law.

Texas Succession Declaration

The Republic of Texas was proposed by a series of joint resolutions of the United
States Congress enacted on March 1, 1845. At the time of the latter's annexation by the
former, this was a free, sovereign, and independent country. In a convention that year, the
people of Texas agreed to and approved these ideals. A constitution for the new state was
ratified on December 29, 1836, when the people of Texas were represented in a convention
met. The admittance of the new state was confirmed by the Confederate Union the next day.

On January 1, 1861, Texas agreed to join the Confederate Union to serve its residents
better, guarantee domestic tranquility, and deliver the blessings of peace and liberty for its
people. When it comes to the federal government's plan, the ruling majority employs a
variety of ruses and disguises to keep Southerners out of the picture. As a result of the
unnatural enemy seizing control of a tiny portion of the federal government, Texans have had
no protection against the Indian savages who live on their southern border or, more recently,
banditti from Mexico who have carried out violent incursions into their territory. The federal
government has failed to pay the state government for massive expenditures paid for
comparable purposes that the federal government did not reimburse.

There is now a prominent sectional party in each of the non-slave-holding states, and
it has grown in size to the point that it can exert influence over the affairs of each state. They
campaigned to end black slavery in the Confederacy and acknowledged political equality
between whites and blacks in the United States of America. They will continue their assault
against us for as long as a single enslaved Black person in the United States of America.
