The plan for career development is essential in ensuring that a person maintains the focus and achieves their career objectives
adequately. Here is a plan for the my career development

Strengths:
1. Hard-working and willing to work for extra hours.
2. Great verbal communication.
Weaknesses:
1. Giving the task to other co-workers since I feel
they might not do it right.
2. Reluctance to give others responsibility

Work to improve on my weaknesses as I
enhance my strengths.

Short term goals
1. To build and nature customer relationships daily.
2. To simplify daily tasks and automate workflows
hence enhance productivity.
Long term goals;
1. To explore new technology after every two years

2. To gain global experience within a period of 10
years.

All these goals are achievable within the
desired time, hence practice.

Long-term goals steps.
1. Searching for new technology in the fields and
taking relevant classes after every two years.
2. I would join seminars and conferences globally
and doing charity works within a span of 10 years.

Undertaking these steps would ensure
that the goals are achieved within the
tight timeline.

1. Inputting customer details and notes to serve the
customer better and ensure they have a great
experience
2. Having access to customers' details to ensure a
constant connection with them.

is known within the city with minimal skills. I aspire to
become a global expert in the field with high and relevant
skills. To achieve this, I would ensure that I am trained
frequently on new skills and will be part of global
expertise through regular conferences.
