Abstract

The study will cover the criminal justice system and administrative policies that help run
the process. It fosters achieving the good expected outcomes of the criminal justice system
effectiveness. As the primary purpose of the research, I will investigate the effectiveness of
applying civil policies and rights in the criminal justice process. Notably, the study will show the
potential benefits to learners, institutions, and individuals that they may use the outcomes to
improve any role taking in the criminal justice system. It will discuss the literature of the
previous investigators broadly and recommend the need of having further research about the
criminal justice system.
