Part 4: Questions and Answers
Question 1
I would argue that, although my grade point average (GPA) is not indicative of the
kind of work I am capable of producing, my overall grades are. When I initially began
college, I struggled in my first year with some of the basic subjects I needed to take, and a
couple of the grades I received in those courses, regrettably, had a negative impact on my
total GPA. Now that I am in my second year of college, I am doing much better. But when I
finished those early core subjects, my grades improved to the point where they were above
average in all of the classes I took for my degree. These ratings, I feel, are a more accurate
reflection of my ability to deliver high-quality work in this role.
Question 2
For the next five years, my ultimate goal is to become an expert in my field and
eventually rise to a management position within my department. I was interested in your
company's specialized training technique, which is presented on its website, and I honestly
believe that this approach to training will help me learn new talents and grow in my current
position. I anticipate taking on new and intriguing activities inside your organization during
the next five years. This will help me prepare for a management role inside the company
when the time comes. I am certain that I will follow my professional ambitions and ultimately
advance to a management position within your business if I use the resources your firm gives
to its workers over the next several years. The chances this position would bring me that I am
most thrilled about, as I feel they would support my long-term professional aspirations and
enable me to advance within your organization while also giving back by applying the skills I
will learn.

things did not go her way and were confronted with opposing viewpoints. She was stressed
out a lot of the time since we all worked as a team and were needed to be flexible in our roles.
Working with her was a unique challenge for me, and I dealt with it by doing exactly what
was necessary for a professional sense while talking with her. As soon as I was no longer
required to be in her company, I distanced myself from her company and spent more time
dealing with positive and driven individuals.
I also dealt with a very agitated client about a billing problem. She has assessed a
higher penalty than she should have received. She screamed at me and accused me of
defrauding her. I maintained my composure and allowed her to express her displeasure. I then
recognized how inconvenient it is to have billing troubles and regretted making the error. I
informed her that I would take care of the billing problem as soon as possible. When she saw
that the new balance was right, she thanked me and apologized for her earlier outburst of
frustration. I make it a point to maintain my composure and consider the other person's point
of view whenever possible. It is much simpler for me to deal with angry
