All that parcel of land hereinafter particularly described as Lonesome Valley
Road Property, in the township of Lonesome valley situated in the state of Atlanta,
Georgia, constituting lot 42 as evidenced in the revised map of Lonesome Valley Road
Property. The property is situated at the exit of Wilson Road in the township of Georgia.
The property is lot 62 and part of lot 61 as filed and recorded in the Districts 17 th section
of the County Block of Georgia on a scale of equalling 50 and the survey report being
dated 2012.
Beginning at the Rock Wall Four Hundred and Thirty-Five Nought Degree to the
South East and Right West of Wilson Road at its exit point. Thence running, One
Hundred and along Lones Nine degrees eighty miles touching on lonesome Valley Road:
thence running one hundred and twenty-one degree seventy miles touching on rock wall;
thence running North for twenty degrees twenty-seven miles and fourteen degrees east at
one hundred at thirty-nine degrees touching on one storey frame, thence turning and
running at 0 degrees for fifty-four and fourteen miles touching on Conc wall: thence
running for seventy-four degree twenty-eight miles and fifteen degreed\s to the west at
two hundred and eighty-four decimal ten touching on Conc Drive; thence running eighty
degrees south forty-seven miles and twenty-eight east touching on Lonesome Road back
to the original point at Wilson road all bearings being the true and correct measure,
containing a calculated area of two thousand six hundred square feet. This description has
been prepared as per the survey report filed in Georgia's county records and registered at
the land surveyors' office.
